Our client has just opened a brand new Hoppers Crossing clinic and is welcoming an Early Career Psychologist to join from the ground up. This is a salaried role with KPIs designed for early career clinicians, strong admin support and staggered caseload build over four to six weeks. Flexible morning or afternoon shifts are available, supporting work life balance while you develop confidence and clinical depth. Start dates are flexible as the team continues to grow. What’s on Offer Base salary approximately $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation aligned to four clients per day, with the option to increase earnings by seeing additional clients KPI flexibility allowing movement up or down at any time, supporting wellbeing and sustainable practice Fully tailored caseload so you can focus your clinical work on your areas of interest. Shift options at Hoppers Crossing including mornings or afternoons, with consistent team hours on Friday.
